✅ Environmental Sustainability:
On-Demand Production: Our model promotes responsible consumption and production, reducing waste and minimizing our environmental footprint.
Tree Planting Initiatives: We planted 30,000 trees in Latvia, enhancing our commitment to reforestation and biodiversity.
✅ Sustainability Certifications: We have achieved FSC certification for our wood products, OEKO-TEX®-TEX certification for textiles, and ECOLOGO certification for our printing inks.
✅ Commitment to Safety: We maintained a rigorous focus on product safety, achieving the CE declaration of conformity for toy products and ensuring the highest safety standards.
✅ Employee Growth: We launched a dedicated learning platform, which resulted in 1,334 hours of employee learning activities and 42 internal promotions in 2023.
✅ Community Engagement: We strengthened our community ties by hosting educational workshops for over 500 local children and partnering with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity to support numerous local initiatives.
